Forming
Castings are shaped and manufactured in a manual forming shop using self-hardening mixtures based on furan resin, the quality of forming mixture is tested and evaluated in our own sand laboratory.
Surface treatment
We paint castings in sealed boxes, mostly using two-component and special paints. Viscosity and composition of paints is regularly monitored. We check the thickness of applied layer with special meters.
Machining
We provide heat treatment and machining of castings in the modern heavy mechanics operation at our parent company TOS VARNSDORF a.s.
