Quality management system
Management and improvement of production quality is provided in the form of integrated programme for management of the foundries OPTI (RGU) from input to output parameters (purchase orders, technological preparation, input materials, melt protocols, prices, dispatching, etc.).
All input materials are thoroughly checked at several levels and quality and proven material for quality production of cast and ductile iron is provided.
The quality of metal is continuously checked using the optical emission spectrometer from HILGER (GB). The quality of the moulding mix is guaranteed by our own sand laboratory.
Piece-output inspection is naturally taken for granted.
Inspection of quality compliance for each operation in production of castings from cast and ductile iron is provided by a responsible person (university degree in the industry).
