METALURGIE Rumburk s.r.o. is a traditional cast iron foundry (cast iron with lamella graphite - LLG) and ductile iron foundry from 2010 with long-term experience in single-part and small-lot production and the production of castings for construction of machine tools. The production is completed by the castings for heavy machineries, food industry etc.
The cast iron foundry is located in the north of the Czech Republic near the border crossing with Germany.
Important realized investments in the production capacities and modern technologies of the company:
- 1999 - rotary drum furnace Sogemi 12t
- 2000 - agitator IMF 8t, 10t, 20t
- 2000 - implementation of technology for self-solidification mixtures
- 2000 - integrated regeneration system (regeneration of furane resins)
- 2003 - Schlick iron shot blaster
- 2008 - general redevelopment of the main bay of the foundry
- 2010 - Progelta modification station
