Production technology

Production of molten metal is provided in an exact method in modern Sogemi (It) rotary drum furnace. The burner and control system for combustion of natural gas and oxygen from AIR LIQUIDE (F). The capacity of the melting furnace is 12t of molten metal/one charge. The ductile iron (GJS) is produced with the use of a modification station with filled profile with exhaust and two feeders for modification and alloying profile (Progelta It.).

Moulds are manufactured using a self-hardening furan resin-based mixture.

Technological equipment for manufacturing the moulds (agitators of the forming mixture and a regeneration line of the sand management for integrated regeneration of the forming mixture) was delivered by IMF (lt).
