- Phase I: 6 employees - training of welders
- Phase II: 9 employees - training of melters
- Phase III: 30 employees - training of casters, cast iron
- Phase IV: 42 employees - training of casters, ductile iron
- Phase V: 3 employees - training of accountants
- Phase VI: 55 employees - training focused on waste
